NGC7000 - The North America Nebula (Narrowband)
20:49 7/8/2007 UTC
< Previous Next >Nights are starting to get dark here and I started my imaging season with an experimental imaging on North America Nebula. Short night doesn't allow long enough exposures yet, but at least I could check all my routines and at the same time test my new SII filter. This image is composed using Hubble Palette, where red corresponds to SII emission, green to H-alfa and blue to OIII.
