IC1318 - The Butterfly Nebula (HaRGB)

< Previous Next >

H-alpha filter lets me do imaging also when bright moon is up. This time the dew didn't interrupt me so I could image RGB data right away. Butterfly nebula is located close to Gamma Cygni (the bright star in the image) and is very easy to find. There is also an open cluster NGC6910 in the top of the image.
