< Previous Next >Another great cluster in Hercules. I really did not expect PEC work this good. All the frames were of same quality. Only few pixels of deviation in RA and some drifting in DEC because of inaccurate polar alignment. That is a lot less than I had with ZS66 and jumpy autoguiding. What's fantastic, is now I can do some serious work also with my largest scope! And if I can do it with my long FL newton, that little ZS66 should perform fantastic with PEC! This image is a crop of the original to show how well the mount performed. The original is binned 2x.
