Clavius

It's good time of year to image first half moon, since it is high in the sky. I went outside originally for Copernicus but while there I imaged also Clavius and Rupes Recta. Seeing was pretty good this time and IR pass did make the case even slightly better. Clavius was very nicely illuminated, there is some nice shadows from mountain peaks in the image. I was very happy about my new Powerflex drive controller. Backslash compensation and lunar tracking made things a lot easier. I also found RA corrections to be very smooth to make.
